Why was I charged?

You've bought tokens or membership, or subscription on a website which uses BestPay. You should have received a receipt at the time of purchase with details about the website and the product you've paid for. If you haven't gotten a receipt, please contact our Customer Support.

How can I cancel my membership/subscription?

Please contact our Customer Support and provide one of the following:

  • Your username
  • Your email address
  • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card number

Note that your Gold membership or Fan Club subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

I didn't get tokens I paid for. Why?

Normally, you're supposed to get tokens as soon as you pay for them. Sometimes this can take a few minutes. If you've waited for more than 15 minutes and haven't received anything, please contact directly the website's (not BestPay's) customer support.

My statement has a transaction I don't recognize. What do I do?

We value discretion and respect your privacy. When you buy tokens, membership, or subscription in a website which uses BestPay, this transaction will show on your card statement as BestPay.COM or similar. If you find a transaction you don't recognize, contact our Customer Support. They'll answer your questions and handle any billing requests.
